Opportunity Details... Iona Day Center - support staff
ADULT DAY HEALTH, WELLNESS, AND ARTS CENTER volunteers assist staff with providing for frail and/or memory impaired clients, fulfilling a variety of roles. Volunteers can work at the front desk greeting participants and answering phones, assist staff leading activities such as sing-a-longs and exercise classes, participate with the seniors in creative arts. There are also opportunities to prepare and assist in serving lunch on a daily basis. The center operates Monday & Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
We seek volunteers who can volunteer for a few hours per week.
